We are a church devoted to making a positive impact in the world. Our desire is to create a welcoming atmosphere where all individuals and families can grow in faith and discover God’s plan for their lives. We are also dedicated to serve as an outreach ministry by helping all people experience God’s love. As Pastor Eugene always says, "We IS the church.

We believe that to invest in our kids and students is to invest in our future. That's why we're raising up a generation of leaders and world-changers who know who God is and who they are in Jesus Christ. Our Children's Ministry and Student Ministries are fun, safe environments designed with them in mind, and our hope is that they'll want to come back week after week!

There are countless hurting people both close to home and around the globe. We facilitate our own outreach efforts as well as support many local, national, and international missions and outreaches, hoping to make a difference in the world we live in and introduce those around us to Jesus Christ.

It has always been God's desire to connect and engage with His children! We embrace the full move of the Holy Spirit, and we believe that it's in the Presence of God that our lives can be transformed. Our hope is for you to experience Him each time you come to one of our Weekend Services.

BELONG

We were designed by God to live in relationship with Him and with others. We encourage our church family to invite those around them to do the same. Weekend services are a small part of what it means to belong to our church. We believe the best way to build community and lasting relationships is through Life Groups.

SERVE

We all desire to make a difference. Every person has a part to play in the life of our church by dedicating their time, talents and treasures back to God. Serving is an opportunity to use your unique gifts and talents to make an impact. Become a member of our Dream Team.

 

GROW

You were created on purpose, for a purpose! You can live in the fullness of who God made you to be, and we want to help you take that next step. We encourage you to participate in any of our Events, and attend our Membership Class to learn more about yourself and how you were made to impact the church and the world around you.

SPIRITUAL GROWTH

 

The Spiritual Growth Track provides practical steps to help people grow and progress in their spiritual journey. It includes Salvation, Baptism, Groups, Membership, Serving and Leadership. Taking these steps will help you Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose and Make a Difference.

SALVATION
Salvation is a gift from God to us. We can never pay for our mistakes by self-improvement or through good works. Only by surrendering our lives to Christ can we be saved from eternal separation from God. Relationship with God begins the moment you acknowledge what Christ has done for you, pray to receive Him into your life, repent of your wrongdoings and confess your faith in Him.

BAPTISM
Water baptism is an outward expression of an inward change. After you have committed your life to Christ, your next step in your spiritual journey is obedience through water baptism. If you have not taken this step, we encourage you to make a public declaration of your faith by getting water baptized. We’d love to celebrate this moment with you!

GROUPS
Life Groups are how we do ministry. They are a great way to build life-giving relationships, to find freedom and to use your gifts. This makes a big church stay small. You’ll grow in community through encouragement, scripture and prayer. Groups are also a great place to discover the next step you need to take in your spiritual journey. 

​

MEMBERSHIP
Members are contributors, not consumers. They are committed to Christian Missions as their spiritual family and are actively involved in church life. They are generous with their time, resources and talents. Our Membership Class is designed for you to learn more about who we are and where we are headed. It is the perfect place to discover purpose and give you the opportunity to join our One Team!

SERVING
Serving is sacrificing your time and using your abilities to make a difference by joining our Dream Team. The Dream Team is our volunteer team which includes anyone who serves in any capacity for our church. Everyone has a part to play in the life of CMJacksboro. God created each of us uniquely with spiritual gifts to be used to serve others. Use your gifts to make a difference!

LEADERSHIP
Leadership is simply influence! If you are actively encouraging others and helping them grow in their relationship with Christ, you are a leader. A great way to step into leadership is to lead a Group and help people take their next step in their spiritual journey.
